• Advance Payments: Payments made in advance are non-refundable based on the current services included in your booking. Any changes or modifications to the services may alter the refund terms, which will be communicated accordingly.
• Cancellation and Date Change: Please ensure that you verify the cancellation and date change policies during itinerary confirmation before proceeding with your booking. Date changes are subject to the availability of services on the newly requested date. Any cancellation charges applicable will be exclusive of taxes, and taxes will be added as per the applicable rates.
• Accommodation: Standard hotel check-in times are typically 2:00 PM, with check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the discretion of the hotel.
• Transportation: Travel transportation will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary and will not be available for personal use beyond that. Changes to transportation services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
